In Belarus the medium of instructions for PhD program is Russian so for the first year foreign students study at preparatory faculty for Russian language and completion of their preparatory course they start their research work on PhD program.

ADMISSION IN BELARUS FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS IN PhD

According to admission process all foreign applicants scan their secondary school certificate,bachelor degree and Masters degree with international passport copy in the Email of admission office.

Upon completion of assessment for their documents an Email is sent to all eligible applicants and than they may transfer their admission fee and scan the receipt to admission office for record.

PhD applicants may apply and join throughout the year their preparatory and PhD program.

Once admission office receive the processing fee,The documents of the applicants are forwarded for processing of official study invitation at migration department.This processing for official study invitation takes 2 Weeks and the official study invitation is first scanned and than sent to the applicant by courier.

Other applicants who are not found eligible on the grounds of missing documents are also sent an Email by admission office and are asked to provide more supporting documents for their admission.

BELARUS STUDENT VISA PROCESS FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS

Most of the foreign students depart with the official study invitation and OK TO BOARD letter and the visa is stamped at Minsk international airport.

Some countries like Nigeria,India,Pakistan and Egypt has Belarus Embassy in their country so that national of these countries first obtain visa from the Belarus Embassy and than depart but these countries nationals may also obtain visa on arrival.

We strongly advise all foreign students to scan us their air ticket 3 Days before departure as admission staff has to prepare their documents for reception at Minsk international airport.
