Qualifications Required for Studying Pharmacy in Belarus

Pharmacy in Belarus is offered at bachelor’s and master’s levels, and there are different qualifications required for both degrees in Belarus.

Pharmacy in Belarus is offered as a bachelor’s degree with a duration of five years, and all foreign students who have completed their secondary schooling may apply for admission to universities in Belarus for pharmacy programs.

All foreign students must have chemistry in their transcript or integrated science.

International applicants from Asian countries like India and Pakistan must have completed their 12-year education in their countries for admission to universities in Belarus to study pharmacy.

For a master’s degree in Belarus, all foreign students must have a bachelor’s degree with them in the field of pharmacy or biochemistry.

HOW DO I SEND ADMISSION DOCUMENTS FOR STUDYING PHARMACY IN BELARUS?

The admissions office strongly recommends all foreign students who want to study in Belarus not send the admission documents by postal service, as it is a very expensive and time-consuming way to send the documents.

The admission documents are accepted by scanning in the email of the admissions office, and it is the fastest and most economical way to send the documents within a few minutes.

These documents should be well-visible and in readable format, because the admissions team will assess the eligibility of the foreign applicants on the basis of these documents.

ADMISSION PROCESS FOR STUDYING PHARMACY IN BELARUS

The required documents are received by the admissions staff, who assess the eligibility of each international applicant carefully and complete this process of assessment within two days.

There are always two types of admission results: eligible and ineligible.

Eligible foreign applicants are required to send their admission fee and the admission fee receipt by scan to the email of the admissions office.

The admissions staff also notifies the foreign applicants who are not found eligible and asks them to scan more educational documents for the completion of their admission at any university in Belarus to study pharmacy.

OFFICIAL STUDY INVITATIONS ISSUANCE PROCESS FOR STUDYING PHARMACY AT UNIVERSITIES IN BELARUS

After receiving the admission fee receipt in the email, the admissions staff sends the admission documents of eligible international applicants to the migration department for the issuance of an official study invitation, which every foreign national requires if they want to study in Belarus.

This process at the migration department is completed within two weeks, and the official study invitation is handed over to the admissions staff.

BELARUS STUDENT VISA FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

Once a foreign applicant receives an official study invitation from the migration department, it may only process his or her Belarus student visa.

A Belarusian student visa is normally issued at the Minsk International Airport for those foreign applicants who have with them an official study invitation from the migration department and an OK-TO-BOARD for departure from the country’s airport.

Nigerian, Indian, Kenyan, South African, Pakistani, and Egyptian nationals are required to obtain their Belarus study visas from Belarusian embassies in their countries, but these nationals may also obtain visas on arrival.
