What does admission mean at the university?

If you think that you are ready to study at a university, then you must obtain admission first. How is this done, and what are the requirements?

First of all, you can contact the admissions staff abroad by email, phone, or WhatsApp. As communication has become very fast and comfortable, things have become easier than before.

The admissions staff informs you through email or other communication sources of the actual requirements that you must fulfill to be admitted to the desired university in Belarus.

Once you fulfill those requirements, you may only have admission to the university.

In every country, there are different admission processes and requirements set by the admission authorities, and they differ from country to country. For example, if you apply in Cyprus, then the colleges are authorized to issue admissions, or in the UK and USA, but if you apply in Ukraine, then the official study invitations are issued by the Ministry of Education, Ukraine, and they have the right to approve or disapprove your admission, so the criteria differ in every country.

ADMISSION AUTHORITY IN BELARUS

In Belarus, admissions for international students are approved by the Migration Department.

ADMISSION PROCESS AT BELARUS UNIVERSITY

Once you have decided to study abroad in Belarus for your desired course, first of all, you should contact us, as we are a registered agency for international students, and you will be sent the course and fee details.

If you can afford the tuition fee in Belarus, then you scan us your international passport copy with a secondary school certificate for an undergraduate program—and if you are a master’s course applicant, then we must also require your bachelor’s degree copy by scan.

Once we receive the required documents, within 1-2 days, admissions staff assesses your eligibility on the basis of your documents for the desired course.

As soon as the assessment is done, you are quickly informed by email.

If you are found eligible, then you transfer the admission fee, and we forward your documents for processing.

The processing takes 2 weeks, and once an official study invitation is issued, the admissions staff sends it to your address, which you provide us.

So under the above process, your admission will be done, and we will welcome you to Belarus for your higher education.

Admission Requirements

1:SSC Certificate Copy (By Scan)

2:For the master’s course, a bachelor’s degree copy is required.

2:International Passport Copy (By Scan)

3:Processing Fee (After Eligibility Assessment)

Processing time is 2 weeks once you are found eligible.

(No IELTS or TOEFL is required)

Please note that, according to law, study invitations are not approved by the universities or colleges in Belarus. These are approved by the Migration Department only.

Arrival Requirements:

1. University fee

2. A medical fitness certificate. The original should be printed not written by hand. Stamped properly)

3. A valid travel passport

4. Original Secondary School Certificate

5. Birth certificate

6. 6 photos, 4*6 cm
