Applicants from Nigeria, India, Egypt, Kenya, South Africa, and Pakistan obtain their Belarus student visas from the embassies of Belarus located in these countries before traveling to Belarus for their higher education, but these nationals may also obtain visas on arrival.
The rest of all Asian and African nationals are issued Belarus student visas at Minsk International Airport through an official study invitation by the migration department and an OK TO BOARD for departure from the country’s international airport.
