The rest of the nationals are sent an official study invitation and an OK TO BOARD for departure from the country’s airport, and visas are stamped at Minsk International Airport.

For example, Ghanaian international medical students, once admitted, are sent an official study invitation issued by the migration department in Belarus, and then Ghanaian international students buy return air tickets, which is an immigration requirement for all foreign nationals who want to study in Belarus in any course, not only nursing.

Ghanaian international medical students scan their return air ticket to the admissions staff, and within 2-3 days, an OK TO BOARD is processed at the Belarusian immigration office, and then Ghanaian international students may depart from Kotoka International Airport.

6:Who will receive me at Minsk International Airport, as I am traveling for the first time to Belarus?

Once admissions staff receives the air ticket copy, they prepare the reception documents for immigration at Minsk International Airport, and one of the staff members receives the international student at Minsk Airport.

If any foreign student departs without informing the admissions staff about his or her date of departure and the admissions staff member is not at the Minsk International Airport to receive him or her, then he or she is deported back to his or her homeland by Belarusian immigration.

Once the foreign student arrives at Minsk Airport, the admissions office manages his or her studies and accommodation in Belarus.
